Is it possible to change the increments for the calendar?

On the calendar UX, I want 15 minute increments instead of 30 minutes.  Is it possible?

If you mean change the view for a day to show 15 minute increments throughout the day, no you cannot change that.  You can still assign events for the 15 minute increments.
