Is it possible to display child records in HTML Table in long text virtual column?

Hi, I've got a related child records (in-line) in a parent table's "Detail View".
Instead of displaying it as an in-line table, I want to display it via an HTML Table in Long Text virtual column.

The columns for the HTML table must show the following columns, as well as all related records tied to the parent table's ID.

Here is a photo of the in-line table of the child records, that I want to convert to an HTML table.

Note, that the child records are dynamic (it can be different for other parent records).

I am still a beginner with HTML tables, and I see in templates that they use <<start>> and <<end>> clause to loop through each child record. But I dont know how to use it in this case.
