Is it possible to show an action in a form view?

While the user is noting their interaction with a contact in the “Outreach” table, they may want to add a new row to the “Pledge” table. I have an action on the Outreach table that links to the pledge form for this ContactID…but, I can’t find a good way to show it.

Do I need a special ShowIf condition? Or a virtual column of type App in the Outreach table?
