Is there a way to copy rows WITH Row ID's from an existing Appsheet Database to another existing

I've transferred databases from Excel to Google sheets to now Appsheet Database. But, as I didn't check some of its limits in terms of columns per database, tables per database, and # databases, I need to consolidate some of them. As I painstakingly switched all the references to Row ID's rather than my previous keys, I do not want to lose existing Row IDs. I'd be more tedious to transfer again.

With google and Excel, you can copy and paste rows etc easily and not lose existing keys. Is there a way to do so with AppSheet databases? If there isn't currently, there needs to be.
