I recently notice that when sharing my app as a template for other users to use and customize to there needs it doesn't include the appScript file used in the app. Instead the person that is copying the app needs to request access to the appScript file in my drive to be able to use this functionality that the script brings to the app. Is there a way to include the appScript file to the template such that it creates a copy of the appScript file for the app to use in the users drive, not needing to request access to my file? or Is there another way of sharing the app with the file making the setup user friendly and straight forward?
When talking about the template I'm referring to
(This is just and example of template format I speak off )

If you are referring to a Google AppScript, then unfortunately no, there is no way to have it automatically include when a user copies the app. This is because it is NOT stored in the AppSheet app data space.
However, there may be a way to copy the script code into a text document that IS copied with the app. Then you would just need to include instructions for the user create their own script project and copy the script code
