Hi guys,
I’m experiencing an issue with my triggering email.
here is my database setting
here is my automation setting
Just to clarify, this expression is meant to trigger 2 weeks before the due date.
here is the condition for this automation
[temporary_date] = (TODAY() + 14)
When I test this condition, it returns TRUE, but no triggering email is sent.
here is my test
here is my monitor,
In my monitor display complete because I click execute in test. Additionally, I noticed that the latest timestamp in the monitor shows 2:40 AM, while it's currently 10:40 AM in Malaysia. Could you clarify what time zone the automation settings refer to?
I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.
Thank you!

All timestamps are shown as UTC+0, like in Automation monitor, Audit history or Performance profile. As you said the app is deployed, it should trigger the Bot > Email. By any chance.. do you have a Free subscription and this is a personal app? In that case the scheduled email is not sent even the app is deployed.

Thank you for your response! Currently, I'm using the Core (Google Workspace) subscription. Could you clarify whether you mean that the app is owned by me or that only I can use it?
I didn't say anything about the ownership. If you check the logs from the Audit history, does it give more information what the reason could be? Is the email address in To field correct?
