Issues with bot SMS not sending

Hello Community,

We are currently experiencing issues with our bot SMS. There are several bots branching many apps that are stating SMS sent and the bot runs are completed. No errors and no issues stated, But the SMS messages are not arriving either in my VOIP or my personal device. We currently have a support ticket open but no answers so far. The ticket seemed to have a weird reaction after support looked into it. They immediately requested to change to an email conversation, but not for concerns of needing more time but concerns for privacy. It was an odd interaction. I hope to get an answer soon.
