Upon adding a google sheets pdf template to my automation bot, the email preview shows a empty/blank email. This is when I add the template to the "Email body template under advanced settings". Without this, it won't copy the format I'd like. It also does not send any emails. If I remove the template, it copies what I have under email body. Any reason why this is having issues? My other automation bots use similar google sheets type and work. Thanks.
