Launcher app and linked app

While I am sharing the launcher app, it requires to add the users for both the launcher app and linked app

How can I authorize the users once from the launcher app.

Also, when I authorize the users for both, the Launcher app and linked app appears in their appsheet menu. How I make them only to the launcher app?
