Limit to a user only view certain data.

Greeting to all.
I'm a noob in expression.

I create an appsheet app for my team to view the lead data.

My question, I have 2 teams in my organization. How to filter my team mate to only view the data from their assign team that I normally key in the column. 

But for me as admin, I want to view all the data.

Please help. Thank you
