Making A View To Fill The Password and then Go To Edit View

Hello and Greetings
I would ask for any help and directions:
Lets say that I have a table

Nama

Birthday

Address

Pass

The step of viewing that i want to execute is (are):
1. Open a view with only name and Pass
2. After Entering data in [Pass] on condition that [Pass] is equal to TEXT([Birthday];"DDMMYY") the it allowed me
to open the view for editing the datarow
3. Whether the data i wrote on Pass is wrong or right, it will erase the data on [Pass]
4. Should it be done, save, and back to the view of no. 1

If there is exist any similar problem, hint. or trick before this, it would be great I can be shown to its direction

Any "password" kind of scenario inside a field is insecure.

Maybe I'm not understanding what you need exactly.
Would you mind rephrasing it for us?

I beg of your pardon before, because I was not continue to learn for so long that, I forgot to continue this discussion, however, out of nowhere my googling find the example that i wanted above.
