Microsoft Authentication - Need Admin Approval

Dear all, I got the error msg below when I tried to log in to my appsheet's app by using Microsoft Authentication.

The error message is as below:

What should I do or what do I need to do in the Microsoft Account so that I can use it to log in to my apps?

I'm sure the setting is from Microsoft, as the app is able to log in with my other Microsoft email address.

I also tried to disable the user's consent required in the security section of AppSheet, but it didn't help.

Thanks for sharing, it seems like no solution for this issue?

I curious, some ID from MS is worked, but some is not.
