Migrate from Gmail to Outlook

We currently use the corporate emails configured in Gmail to access the App, but we will soon migrate to Outlook; How will access to the App affect? ​​Will we have to change to a payment plan?

If this is from G Suite to Microsoft 365 I assume you have your own domain and the users list from any app will remain the same, as long as the emails are the same since this will just change your email provider. The only thing is that your users would need to log in again but using Microsoft instead of Google.

Now, if you are talking about @gmail.com accounts that are going to be @outlook.com wich are free and not meant for business, you will need to change the users list and Users tables if you have those.

I’m not sure this is correct, and suspect it’s wrong. Because I don’t know, I recommend asking Support, as they can provide a definite answer.
