Missing data on spreadsheet - only some computers

Hi,

The spreadsheet associated with my app is missing entries ONLY when viewed on some computers and not other. Can anyone suggest a fix? 2 computers show all info and 2 others show the majority but some columns are missing entries. Computers are all updated.
