Month to Date/Year to Date Aggregates

Hello all,
I am trying to create a view of Accident Reports with a count by Facility. I would like to (I think) create a dashboard with current week’s report stats, month to date report stats and year to date report stats. I would appreciate some idea of how to go about this…
