now i checked for spelling error or any mismatch in the folder path, cross checking with my drive, nothing seems to be wrong with it...

getting rid of it didnt solve it... but i have figured out the issue, being that google sheet excel and microsoft office excel is apparently in different formatting, therefore affecting the relative folder path. I ported over the data using the google sheet excel and it works now.

Hi @whlim

Did you check the PDF file has been properly created in the appropriate file?

yep i did, the file is created in my drive > appsheet > data > app name> PDFs > 2024 > filename... i can manually open the pdf just not access it via action

Can you get rid of the ENCODEURL() part?
