We are checking an incident. 
 Only one of our users of our application is having difficulties accessing the application. When synchronizing, it shows this message: Network error Please check connectivity and try again. 
The most intriguing thing is that this is only going to happen with a single user. But anyway, she claims to have wifi working fine.
We have already done the deletion of the application files in android and we have already reinstalled the application. And the problem continues.
 What could it be?

Actually, I believe "network error" is sometimes asserted for other errors, so there may not be a network problem at all.

Perhaps have the user try a different device? If the problem happens there, too, the problem is likely with the user; if not, the problem may be with the device.

Since it seems it's a network problem, it could be a lot of things.
The fact that it's just that user should give you the idea that might not be your app's problem

I receive network error from Apple devices. Android devices are working fine. How did you solve the problem?
