New Bug Encountered: Report running but not showing in audit logs

I’ve got a workflow that I’m trying to debug, but I can’t find any audit logs for it.

Report: Reminder Report

This report generates a list of reminders for each row inside the Facilities table, sending each facility an email with a list of reminders of things to do for the day.

Users report that some of the facilities are receiving the reports, but that others aren’t. When I went into the audit logs to find some data out - I couldn’t find anything about this specific report. It’s just not present in the audit logs.

I see audit logs for others, both workflows and reports, but not the one in question. I’ve adjusted the search parameters to include the whole audit trail retention cycle (7 days in our case)… yet no logs for the report reminders.

Yet users report receiving the email this morning.

UPDATE
After forcing the report to run, I can see these audit logs in the history. It’s only when I try to find any logs in the audit history from previous days that I can’t find anything. Hmm…
