Number Sequence in Spreadsheet Email Attachment

I've been recently trying to generate a sequential number for the rows in my spreadsheet report and I can't figure out the proper way to do it. I've tried doing <<[_RowNumber]-1>> but it isn't the best solution as empty rows in the database is inevitable. If anyone can please enlighten me with a solution, I would be so grateful.

This sample is done with another table with enough amount of numbers. It's using numbers with two columns, but you will understand how to use it only with one number column.
