Off Topic: looking for info on auto reminders for appointments

I need to find software to send automatic reminders by text, email or even whatsapp. It needs to handle international text messages or whatsapp.

Anyone with experience with a software like this? I know it’s unrelated to AppSheet and I do not want to try to build it, I just need an off the shelf product, if possible.

• You will need to integrate your own Twillio account in order to handle international SMS.
• Last time I checked (a few months ago), creating a Whatsapp integration was… difficult to put it lightly.
  • I’d love to hear that that has changed, if anyone has done this before.

It’s quite straight-forward if you have your own Twilio account integrated with WhatsApp Business add-on
