One of over 20 users on an app is getting the following message screen upon attempting to launch an app that is fully deployed and is *not* a sample application:

I have already attempted to remove and re-add him as a user, and it makes no difference. Any suggestions?

I had him clear his browser cache and things began to work correctly. I did not originally build this app, I "inherited" it, and it does look like the author started out with a sample app.
