Open a file on computer

Hello all, 

Can Appsheet open a file on computer with Action : External : Open a file ? 

1. I downloaded Google Drive computer app

   Below is this folder path

2. This is my action set up

3. Result : When I click on the button it shows error as below photo instead of paste the file on computer instead

Hope you guys can help me with this ! thank you
