PDF shows computedkey instead of label in bot PDF export

Hello everyone i need your help with below 2 problems: 

Pdf export a file with computedkey instead of the real customer name field , and engineer   like below photo : (( customer name , engineer )) is reference to table (( CUSTOMERS , Engineers )) and its list ref 

also i had another problem while trying find a solution that like below :
