Pause Grouped Actions until Action with "Need Confirmation?" has been acted upon

I have an icon that links to external Google documents, but I use a Group of Actions to actually open it.

The first action has a "Create Timeslip? [Y/N] confirmation popup, but the browser (action 2) automatically opens up the document in a new window.  My preference would be to act upon the confirmation box THEN initiate the second action "open document".

As it stands I have to switch back to act upon the confirmation.   (I know it's a 1st world problem)
