So I think we are ready to update our app to PRO and then do a soft launch internally. The only problem is my company owner is able to see and use the app but is not registering as on ‘my team’. I would hate for him to purchase the plan and then not have it apply to the app.
The weird part is i have been testing it with a couple other coworkers and they ARE showing on the team, just not him.
Am I missing something?
