Price for paying for 10 licenses tomorrow and then paying for 20 more licenses next week

Good afternoon team,

The app I developed for my brother’s company is going live tomorrow (at three different cities at three different dates of the month with a week of difference for each city).

If the company pays for the first 10 licenses tomorrow and then pays for 20 more licenses next week:

• Does the company pay the difference the moment they buy the second batch of licenses or they have to pay full price (30 licenses)?

• When will the billing date be after buying licenses for 3 weeks in a row?
