Problem with form

Good morning, I'm having an issue with the form of a table. When I try to add or edit records, it doesn't take me to the form view and displays as shown in the image. There are no user-specific view conditions, and I also tried deleting the form view to regenerate it or creating a new form view with this table, but it still doesn't work. Thank you in advance12
