Quick Edit is not working on one of my apps.

I have two almost identical apps. The settings are the same. One of them the quick edit is not showing in the header.. Quick Edit is enabled for both. They are table views. Any idea what's going on?

#1 - Is the table set as Updates from the table's definitions?
#2 - Any chance that all of these columns you have selected to your table view, are not editable?
