Real time analytics via MixPanel: will that trace app activity on the device (even when offline)?
My iPad app has been freezing a couple of times a day and the users have to restart it. Nothing shows on the Monitor -> Audit History.
I really need some way to debug/trace when this happens. My users are not happy.
This is more for usage statistics than troubleshooting. If you email support@appsheet.com with your account ID, name of the app, and details about your device (iPad model, iOS version) we can investigate.
Thanks @Adam_Stone_AppSheet. I already have a long thread about this with Gil; this was just an attempt to see if there is a way for me to debug this.
I havenโt been able to reproduce the problem myself, so it would be really helpful if there was a way for the users to run the app in debug
mode that could trace their actions. Thanks!
