Reference table not showing in detail view of parent table

I have a table that has two reference tables associated to it. The parent table is called Audits the two reference tables are LightingAudits and Pre Post Meeting. In the detailed view of Audits the Related LightingAudits table shows at the bottom of the view with an inline table which you can choose to add to of view. I have attempted to get the Pre Post Meeting to show underneath the Related LightingAudits table in the detail view of Audits but nothing is showing. Any suggestions?
