Remove Seconds from Datetime Type Variable

Hi everyone,

Is there a way to make the type: Datetime not have seconds when the user tries to put an event for a calendar it requires that he put seconds.
For example : StartTime = 10:30:05 PM (HOUR: MNUTES: SECONDS AM/PM)
