Report Generated Showing Link Instead of Image

Hi everyone, could you guys help me look into this issue?

Issue: Report generator send a pdf with link for image instead of the image itself.
My clients has never faced this issue before eventhough they created a lot of files (we put max 50). Even if we try at 30 pages max still got this issue. Some might say wait a bit before pressing send and I did wait for 5-7 mins before pressing save but still got this image hyperlink.

Has anyone face this before?

Are the files present and in the same Folder as the image being shown?

Yes it does.
When I generate report. Some became image some became link.

Yes we are having the issue and it's getting critical now.

We have given Google the test app with a few hundred images so they can get this problem fixed as soon as possible. 

I think the issue is getting worse and worse with fewer and fewer pictures being able to be processed. 

I'm very surprised that more people haven't reported this issue!

The problem used to occur sporadically but now it's consistent problem that happens every time you generate a PDF with more than that handful of images.

Hi, I did contact support and their solutions for me is to limit how many reports can be generated and at most is 30 which is half of what they could do before. And they suggest that I should make the quality of the picture to low quality instead but i am using default. Isn't default still at low or medium? but its still shouldn't effect as it works fine before this. 

But with the solutions I am able to answer to my client regarding this but the limit is not very well accepted.

I don't think any workaround is acceptable!

The BUG just needs fixing; otherwise, it's time to look for alternative development platforms.

I am giving up on it tbh,I just created an HTML app using one of these AI tools and it works now without limits. It just takes all the data from an excel sheet I give it and it also download the images from the links in the sheets and creates the reports I need. We can't keep waiting for them to fix it when we have daily work piling up. I am trying to create one that works with any sheets and failing so far but I hope it works so that I can use it with all my apps sheets.

A bit more information may help diagnose the problem.

Every time you generate a report, different images appear as thumbnails, and others display the link.

From my experience, this would suggest that the problem may be outside the code that actually inserts the thumbnail and perhaps in a sub-system returning the thumbnail.

I have reported this to the AppSheet support a while ago and provided them with a test APP that demonstrated the problem.

Unfortunately, the devs have not found a solution yet.
