/Search in Chat App not returning results as expected

Can anyone out there provide more details about how the /Search works in an Appsheet Chat App?

I have a very simple set up to try to explore the Chat Apps.  It's a single table that lists basic information about some organizational resources (Name of a resource, description, link, etc).  All fields have the "search" box enabled.

I have two main issues when I use /search in the Chat App that I'm just not sure if they are intended to be this way.

1. If I search for a simple term that is used in multiple records (e.g. /search sign) it only returns one record (usually the first).  I would expect it to return a list of all records that match for users to select.

2. Some searches return nothing when there are clearly records with the term included in the data.

If I search directly in the Appsheet app, the search works great and returns all expected results.

Did I do something wrong?  Does /search just not work very good?  Couldn't find many specifics in the chat app documentation.  Any knowledge is appreciated.

I am experiencing the same issue. When attempting to look up the item detail by typing in the item number, the search does not return the detail titled by item number but the child records for its related dimensions.

Below is an example of the undesired result:

It does give the option to see the Item Detail through the "View Ref" button, but I am confused why it would not first find the view with the name of the item being searched. Below is the desired view result:
