Selecting parent record from a child record in an email template

Hi everyone

I have a view vw_punchlist_status which has a list of punchlists(rows) from a parent table Punchlist_ALL. The view has a virtual column Verify_punchlists whose formula pulls out listof records from the parent table Punchlist_ALL filtered by Email, status and site columns. Punchlist_ALL has column Assigned_To which matches with Verify_punchlists Email column. How do I send punchlists filtered by Email to each user?
