Sending Emails via Workflow through Specific Actions

Hello, I’m creating an app for HACCP Metal Detector Machine checking. I want to create a workflow where if there is a data about the machine setting changed by the people monitoring the machine, it will send an email to notify other people that will validate the data of the machine setting. Is it possible to do this? What formula should I use to create this workflow?
