Some users reporting that when they try to sync the app, they see an error message stating "Invalid Sync Token" error.
When checking the logs, same was observed.

We observed the same issue. I opened a ticket to Support, it might have been Thursday, and received a response that the issue was resolved.
Could someone solve this issue? I've observed the same error in a user.
I/we have no additional occurrences since the original posting. At that time I believe it was an AppSheet introduced error, so I would encourage you to open a ticket to AppSheet support.
In the meantime, I would suggest logging out of the app and logging back in to see if that refreshes any background data to prevent the error. If you are on a desktop version of the app (or in the editor/emulator) then clear the browser cache and try again.
If none of the above works, then definitely open a ticket.
Hello @WillowMobileSys , it's been two months since the post. However, we have been getting this error from different users for the last two days. Undoing the changes and syncing again fixes the problem.
Is there any solution or improvement about this problem,
Google Bard's answer :
"The "Invalid Sync Token" error in AppSheet can occur for a few reasons. One possibility is that the sync token has expired. Sync tokens are used to track changes to data in AppSheet apps, and they expire after a certain period of time. If the sync token has expired, you'll need to generate a new one.
Another possibility is that there is a problem with your internet connection. If you're not connected to the internet, you won't be able to sync your data with AppSheet. Make sure you're connected to the internet and try syncing your data again.
Finally, it's also possible that there is a problem with your AppSheet app. If you're still getting the "Invalid Sync Token" error after trying the above solutions, you can try reinstalling your AppSheet app.
Here are some additional things you can try if you're getting the "Invalid Sync Token" error in AppSheet:

Thank you for this help. I experienced the problem while editing my app on Google Chrome. Your excellent advice helped me solve the problem:
I'm not sure if I needed to check both "Cookies" and "Cached images" or not, but doing so worked.
Hm, wondering if this is related to the random log out issue that I just posted about. I just never got the 'invalid sync token' message and rather was redirected to the login screen after attempting a manual sync.
I had the exact same error. I'm building the App in French and did translate the terms under "Settings>View>Localization".
I didn't put the required " " and it did mess up the sync.
I left it empty and I don't have the issue anymore !

Please elaborate exactly where you made the change that seemed to fix the issue.
1) Settings
2) Views
3) Localization
4) Term 'Syncing...' : Leave Empty
As shown in the image"Syncing..."
Today one of our users also had the "Invalid Sync Token" Error. We set the App to Recovery Mode and he was able to sync the app. After that you should Return the App to normal mode.
Getting users experiencing this issue. Will do the suggested solutions.
I am facing with a similar issue. What could be the problem for this?
You may have already found a solution for this. My experience has been that having the users Logout of the app and the log back in resolves this issue.
