Split column to row with delimiter

I have  a column with type of enumlist, 

When I enter the list the column, it should split into rows based on the delimiter 

Eg

 

in the excel file now it's coming like the following 

i want the entry in the excel sheet in the following way 

can i do this?

is it possible to do like this
