Storing app data temporarily within the app

Is there a way to store the data my employees are putting in, even after the app syncs, so they can go back within the app to edit the data they are putting in? The way my app is set up is they input work order information that sends straight to smartsheet. sometimes they will need to edit an entry 2 days to a week later. i would prefer them be able to do it within the app.

I mean, isn't AppSheet suposed to work this way? Maybe it's something related to your particular config that we don't know

Thank you for the quick reply. the solution was very simple. I had the data being moved from one of my sheets to another master sheet. I set the automated workflow to COPY instead of MOVE to the other sheet and it seems to be working great now.
