Suggest Appsheet editor update an private formula toolbox like Appsheet Toolbox

Hi, Team Dev cc to @lyzeth @lizlynch @Arthur_Rallu ,

Because The Appsheet Formulas are very new and there is no standard rule for all functions. So Appsheeters often use another extension from a third party like the AppSheet Toolbox to support them in typing formulas quicker and correctly. With the AppSheet Toolbox extension users can manage table names, view names, suggested formulas,  table names, or view names to insert in the formula easier.

Unfortunately, recently there is un-convenient with this extension that the Appsheet toolbox is often cracked or disabled when Chrome or Browser updates to new versions. So, users have a lot of trouble typing formulas because there are no suggestions from the software.

I hope Appsheet Team Dev will combine the AppSheet toolbox with the Appsheet editor or develop a similar tool to solve problems soon.

Hi @wabrian I think Appsheet should refer optimize visual of the extension Extend Appsheet and refer smart toolbox of the extension Appsheet Toolbox.

I have tried to use the new AppSheet formula box from the AppSheet a few months recently but it seems that that feature is very disadvantageous for users to type formulas quicker and exactly.

Please improve this feature asap.

I frequently reference line numbers when I'm adding/moving/deleting subexpressions across different nodes within a long multiline expression with multiple parallel and hierarchical nested levels.

It's also extremely helpful for someone like me, when someone is asking for assistance with debugging their formula.

Today I received the update. Bad news, it completely broke QREW's extension (eventhough it clearly covers our needs while this new expression assistant is still in development)

I expected this to be a gradual transition, now my workflow is getting worse
Turning the feature off doesn't work.

The AppSheet Toolbox Chrome extension is not yet compatible with the Expression Assistant improvements. The AppSheet team has been in communication with the Toolbox development team and a fix should be coming soon.

If you want to continue to use the AppSheet Toolbox Chrome extension, you need to disable the Expression Assistant improvements by clicking in the top right corner of the Expression Assistant, then close the Expression Assistant and re-open it.

Please let me know if this does not work, we are not trying to force existing users who enjoy the QREW tech extension off of it.
