Summary of all "False" columns

Hello,
I have an app based on “True” , “False” questions. Is there any way to make an expression that would list all the “False” columns?

Example:

Question 1 : False
Question 2: True
Question 3: False
Question 4: True

Summary:
Question 1: False
Question 3: False
