Switch() and Usersettings() HELP

Im trying to set-up a language based on the user language code, my _Thisuser is ref. to a user table and I call back the language. as per pic:

When I use the switch function SWITCH([_THISUSER].[USR_Langs],"1","Product Number","Prods"), it always returns default value "Prods" instead of the display name for this user language code "Product Number" - I've tried everything but it simply doesn't identify the USR_Langs code.

Anyone can help? TKSSSSSSS
