Sync Issues after Reset Changes

Hello Appsheets Community,

I am having an issue with one of our users in the field who is unable to get their app to sync. The event is isolated to their tablet and not affecting our other users. The app says Syncing but gets stuck halfway and stays like that. I have had them reset changes since previous sync and no luck. Have also gotten them to reset their device and close all programs that could be taking extra cell signal. They are in the Houston area and maybe it has to do with possible cell issues still.

After long talks with support and as well many tries later on the solution. We have found out it was a completely separate issue from appsheet. Boiled down to cell service. With the recent cell outages in Houston from the hurricane. Cell usage was throttled and we were notified by our cell carrier that we should be back to normal in a couple of days. Apparently blew through all our data. So current score Beryl -  (a lot) My Brain - (0)
