Have a dashboard with a set of controls on the left and calculated result on right. Continue running into a problem where Left is modified and results give no indication whether they are updated or from a prior run. Has anyone setup an indicator of some sort which causes some field in the left/right to match when both panes are in sync?
The crudest method would be writing a random number or timestamp so you can see they are in sync or how long since the last sync. Curious what others have come up with.
Also tried speeding the result page up by moving all calculations to be with VC's. It certainly didn't hurt things, but it didn't appear to speed them up much either.
