Sync takes forever and end up with timeout at the end

We are currently experiencing issue for the timeout due to prolonging sync operation, which seems to take forever, for the apps which have been working fine. This is not happening to all the prod app, but happening to some app only.

Checking the performance profiles, and we are seeing the unknown properties, which are causing massive delays.

Is anyone else seeing this?
