Table View type - default message when no data

Hello all,

New to AppSheet and this is my first community question.

I have simple app using Google Sheets for data. I have 2 table views that show data depending on the values of a status column.

If there are no records to display, the column headers disappear and the views appear to be blank. Is there a way to show a default message if there is no data to display? I might also like to display the column headers as well regardless of whether there is data or not.
