I use two gmail accounts (the manager and the supervisor). I have apps on each account. I have a case, It would help me if you could add a table from the manager app to the supervisor app. Is it possible to synchronize them?

You can "share" tables among different accounts as long as they are editable by both App owners/editors. Make sure the apps do not change the tables in inconsistent ways, whatever that may be.

Just select the spreadsheet when adding a table.
