Text wraping in table view

How can I do text wrapping in a column in table view? (look at the screen)

Not possible.

If you have the [Goal/Rationale] in the table view's Group-by, you would see longer message.

You may try making a virtual column (vc) like,

[Owner] & " • " & [Category] & " • " & [Type] & " • " & [Goal/Rationale]

Company • C2A • People • Establish clear plan for our new mega-project's constrains & milestones.

and then add this vc to the table view's Group-by. The result may look weird at first but you might be able to make them looking better (as this's just only work-around).
