Type is no longer displayed when creating virtual columns

As this video shows, it appears that now when a virtual column is created, the Type is no longer displayed in the column editor unless the editor screen is saved.
Previously, the Type was displayed in the column editor even before saving the editor screen.

The current specification is a little inefficient.
We would like you to return to the previous specification.

I think it was a few days ago, or maybe a few weeks ago.

it's been going on for a few weeks now. The type won't show for the virtual column until after a save. So you have to commit the changes for the columns. Hope it doesn't break the app then change as needed.
