Unexpected icons (actions?) in dashboard view header bar

Does anyone know the purpose of or how to suppress the icon/action selections noted in the following screenshots of a dashboard view's header bar? Both seem selectable, but selecting either simply does nothing. I don't think they're anything that I've defined. I confirmed I don't have any action named "Data".
