I have an app that is used to add records on to a Spreadsheet. This app has 9 users on the core plan.
I wanted to know if it's possible to have another app with 100 users on a publisher plan that can also access the same spreadsheet as the first app?
The point of the second app is to edit records.
Please advise

You're in the app editor, and you click the "Add new table" button? It shows me a full list of my GDrive, shared GSheets as well as owned GSheets.
Yes that's possible. You need a separate owner account for the different plan though.
Yes of course. I have two google/appsheet accounts .
Account 1 owns the spreadsheet that will be used by both apps.
But I can't seem to select the shared spreadsheet on account 2 to use as a data set for appsheet. Am I doing something wrong?

Sir, you are completely correct. Not sure how i missed it. I will continue to experiment with this. Thank you.
